Most Republicans voted to filibuster as usual, including some Republicans that some dumbs think are moderates (Kirk, Hoeven, McCain, Shelby, and so on)

"Must be paid for" is such garbage. Some Republicans probably think that the Bush tax cuts paid for the $1 trillion Iraq war.
