Republicans aren't very good at telling Hispanics from Asians, either. Here's their Latino outreach site last year. Needless to say, their Hispanic outreach isn't going very well.

Radical Islamists should learn to act like "redneck Texans".  That way they can carry whatever weapons they want and they won't create any suspicions.
