I'd imagine this means Pryor would likely be a "no" or "abstain" on a direct marriage question, but would help Democrats shut down a GOP filibuster.

Perhaps a repeal of DOMA could get all the non Republicans other than Manchin to vote for cloture. That's 54. Kirk, Portman, Collins, and Murkowski would give it 58. Well, wiki still lists the other 42 Senators as explicit gay marriage opponents for now.
