Obviously +69,000 jobs a month is pretty lousy, but neither of the President George Bushes averaged that.

Stop blaming Bush, it's almost the end of Obama's 1st term and you're not over that?

Yeah, I should just forget how much terrible the last 12 years of Republican Presidents were for job growth. And that from 1929-2008, every Democratic President had a higher average annual percentage increase in jobs than every Republican President. Mitt Romney will obviously magically create 500,000 new jobs a month.

Responding to three comments:

1.  Everyone with an IQ above 94 recalls that Bush had a fabulous economy when he had a Republican Congress.  Come to think of it, so did Clinton.  Hmmm....


Wait, you weren't being sarcastic? Bush had a net loss in jobs for his first term.
