With the recent try of the Senate to force NAFTA withdrawal, it was only the courageous Senators from the Southeast (WMS and StatesRights) and the Pacific that kept that crappy bill from coming to fruition.  An absent Senator would have hurt us most strongly in that fight.


I have to give credit to Sen. States Rights about that vote and acknowledge that his was the decisive vote. Thank you for that.
That being said, I think that I only agree with him in some economic issues and I'm convinced that there doesn't exist another member of the forum with whom I could disagree more on the issues.
