I will not sign a bill that raises the drinking age and levies such a brutal tax on alcohol. The original bill was fine and I don't really want to sign the bill without section 2.

As Ishan pointed out earlier in the thread, the federal drinking age is 19. This bill raises the age to 20. Therefore:
