Most Presidents of one party will pick a member from the other party for cabinet.

How about Senator Mitt Romney for State, or possibly Treasury?

Hard pass. I'm sure Biden will name a Republican for Defense or VA but there is a less than 0% chance that he nominates a Republican for State or Treasury.

It only voted for Clinton 11% in 2016; this was a D+2 year. As long as the GOP doesn't run Christine O'Donnell again, it could definately be competative if the national environment is more favorable to the GOP. It's the same reason states with senate races that normally wouldn't have been competative are now competative, such as SC and AK, are now competative, through strong canidates, big name incumbents (in the case of SC), and good fundraising.

You realize the GOP is currently running a QAnon believer against Coons, right?
