I actually think you're right on about transportation. High speed rail is good for city to city travel, but that's pretty rare compared to intra-metro travel that is underfunded and lacking, especially in the Mideast region. Northern Virginia in particular is a nightmare but other states have similar problems.

This bmotley guy is either being impersonated or has committed voter fraud; if its the latter, I'd look for an appointment from Governor ZuWo. You're a tremendous asset to the region and would've have won easily if not for his candidacy.

Huh?  He seems legit to me.  I was a little surprised at some of his support (Ben gave a Paulite a high preference!) but whatever . . . I don't see any evidence of anything untoward.

  I do have a sense of deja vu about these questions (whether a vacancy can exist for a term that hasn't yet begun) but I can't remember what the situation was.

August 2011, when Homelycooking declined to take his seat. It would have been interesting to see the man in the Senate.
