Governor Winfield, there is a vacant Assembly seat (redcommander). A special election will need to be called to fill the vacancy.

Resolutions do not or should not count as legislation.

I believe they are, and unfortunately, it disappoints me that you're standing up for a Representative that clearly has little interest in actual governing.  Of course, you're free to seek legal action against this decision, as is your right.

I think the law should be followed carefully regarding expulsions and the governor has nothing to do with it. In fact the Governor needs notified only for a vacancy.
