1. I was being sarcastic.  Note the smiley.  No one would seriously describe Kerry as recklessly energetic.

2. How many years has it been since GW touched the sauce?

I've no idea.   The damage is done, and cannot be undone.  Ever hear of "Wet Brain"?  Or "Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome"?  That's our Bush!  No wonder he acts so much like Boris Yeltsin.
