Pack it in folks. The end is here. I just saw Reverend Lovejoy running down my street screaming "It's all over people! We don't have a prayer!"

It's not like Hannity/Drudge/FOX would hype a video that no one outside of FOX land will care about. Right... Right!?!

How insidious. It's obvious that this video has been locked deep within Obama's secret campaign vault. ... What's that? The video's been online since 2007? Hmmm.

Sure, the Chicago Sun Times has a transcript on their website of the speech. (Alas, I cannot post links yet, or I'd post it.) Doesn't matter. Drudge wouldn't bust out his blaring sirens for a dud. Of course not.

So, so true. It's just the usual tricks from the Fox crowd.

Though, apparently the Youtube version is an "edited" version and they're releasing the full tape tonight. Feel the suspense.

"It's time to take the bullet back ! And by the way, just between us, I hate white people."

Heh. That one almost made me spit out my drink. Well played sir!

I literally don't even understand how this could be considered controversial.

I suppose they're just trying to find something, anything to sink the Obama campaign with. Might as well go back to 2008 and pull out the Jeremiah Wright card. It's idiotic yes, but the true believers will eat it up. Everyone else? Meh.

From Drudge...
"OBAMA DECLARES HOW POOR PEOPLE: 'Need help with basic skills, how to shop, how to show up for work on time, how to wear the right clothes, how to act appropriately in an office'... Developing..."

So that's it. The African-American vote will be Republican for a generation.

If anyone wanted context. Here you go. From the transcript.

"We know that we have to invest in transitional jobs too. When there are people who are homeless, veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder from this war in Iraq, and thousands of children aging out of foster care, we can’t expect them to have all the skills they need for work. They may need help with basic skills-how to show up to work on time, wear the right clothes, and act appropriately in an office. We have to help them get there. That’s why I have called for $50 million to begin innovative new job training and workforce development programs."

Drudge is going hardcore by putting the quotes in red. It lets us know that he means business.

Another quote from the transcript.

"This journey teaches us that they are going to keep driving that wedge; they are going to keep the distraction going."

As Alanis Morissette would say, "Isn't it ironic..."
