When your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.

When you've spent millions on airborne rapid response legal teams, every Bush state looks like voter fraud.

The legal SWAT teams will be back in 2008 and they will probably see some action in 2006 as well.  At least some of the righteous indignation over voting in Ohio was fabricated by lawyers to justify their existence for next time.
