Now that I actually think about it, this trip has been really successful if you just forget about everything that happened in Britain. Which most Americans seem to be doing.

How has it been successful? What has Romney accomplished exactly?

Looked statesmanlike, met with famous people, got some nice photos.

Uh no he didn't, he looked like a moron...and a wimp (according to the far-left European socialist magazine Newsweek)...

mondale, by that token, no diplomatic trip is ever a success. Concrete accomplishments? None. It's about soft power: Romney had a huge crowd in Poland and got the endorsement of an iconic former president.

You mean like 500 people (all right-wing wackos probably)?

England turned out bad because of a rabid and liberal British press.

Hahah what? If anything, the conservative papers were even more critical of him than the left-wing ones!

There's barely such a thing as small-c conservatives in Britain.

LOL. You do realize that the Tories are the original conservatives, right?

Like I've been saying, I don't consider British conservatives to be the same as American conservatives. Line them up beside Mitt Romney, and they are liberal.

Also, you don't need to be a dick.

American "conservatives" aren't conservatives...they cloak themselves in the veneer of "constitutionalism" while instead serving the corporate overlords by bankrupting the country and raiding the treasury. They are the real re-distributors.
