No, unless you're some sort of violent ex-con or something. But even then there should be some sort of list/database in place so average people don't have to jump through hoops to buy a gun.

Mixed, but considerably less regulated for most businesses than now (zoning and licensing can be pretty ridiculous, I shouldn't need a permit to sell baked goods or operate a business out of my house thank you very much).

Yes

Gay marriage is legal, it's simply not recognized for completely arbitrary and ridiculous reasons. But I'd prefer we got government out of marriage if possible.

Well yes, to an extent. Certainly I think it should be legal for teenagers to have sex with one another and not just with a 2 year age gap or some such nonsense. However, something like starring in pornography or relations with authority figures is another matter.

No

Maybe, I could see mining the moon for Helium-3 or using lunar water to harvest plants but a lot of what NASA spends on now is really just for show.

Probably too soon to be thinking of such things when we have so many other concerns.

Pipe dream.

Yes.

Well, not 13 year olds but I don't think it's unreasonable to treat 16 year olds the same way considering they can legally drive which is an enormous responsibility.

No, we have too many problems without presuming to 'save' other people with money we don't really have (not that I believe the US ever acts without some ulterior motive). Plus there's all sorts of unintended consequences that could follow something like that...
