Welcome back. We are now able to show our first results of the night. First, we'll head to Kentucky.

KY-4
Mitch McConnell (inc.) 48.8%
Jerry Peluso 35.2%
William Adkins 16%

Conservative hold

KY-5
Hal Rogers(inc.) 72.4%
Jim Holbert 26%

Conservative hold

Those two seats are both held by conservative incumbents, no surprise that they won. Next, we have our first wave of a nationwide exit poll.

Union 30%
Liberal 27%
Conservative 22%
USIP 13%
SDP 8%

Again, these are early results and can change, but they are certainly striking.

Now, to Indiana's results.

IN-2
Joe Donnelly (inc.) 39.8%
Jackie Walorsky 21.2%
Mike Pence 36%

Union hold

Seems that disgraced former MP Mike Pence couldn't withstand the apparent Union wave that's happening.

IN-3
Tim Roemer (inc.) 53%
Marlin Stutzman 29%
Thomas Hayhurst 15.6%

Liberal hold

IN-4
Todd Rokita (inc.) (unopposed)

USIP hold

IN-5
Steve Buyer (inc.) 43%
Eric Holcomb 56.5%

Union gain from Conservative

IN-6
Luke Messer (inc.) 48.8%
Brad Bookout 50.2%

Union gain from USIP

IN-7
Andre Carson (inc.) 65.6%
Catherine Ping 29%

Liberal hold

IN-9

Trey Hollingsworth 41%
Shelli Yoder 31%
Greg Zoeller 14%
Robert Hall 5%
Bill Thomas 5%

Union gain from Conservative

This is the current seat count

Union 4
Conservative 2
Liberal 2
USIP 1

Of these seats, only 1 was previously held by Union. Conservative held 4, USIP held 2, and Liberal also held 2. This appears to be a great step for Union, who invested heavily in Indiana.

Thanks for reading! Grin

Pence is in IN-6 not IN-2.
Stutzman is in IN-3 and is really popular in the district. Roemer would get stomped.

Rokita and Messer USIP? They're better with the Conservatives and Stutzman would be USIP.

Buyer retired in 2010 and would've been a Conservative/USIP crossbencher.

What rendered Pence disgraced? Pence is one of the cleanest in politics iirc.

How is Rand Paul not with the USIP? This party seems very down his alley.

I like the idea and would like to see more explanations on why some folks are in parties you wouldn't normally think they would be... How is Cruz the most hated man?
