No. They are formenting anarchy and must be dealt with. The laws of Atlasia and the Pacific Region can not be used to forment anarchy and potentially tear asunder the liberties of your region. Seek the senate's aid in putting them down as its rightful leader you must stand against what is being done to your region. You can dissolve the council and call for a new election. Giving up isn't the right way to go about this.
