I was asked by the President to introduce this. I see no reason to truly oppose it; it merely removes a minor "procedural hump", as Marokai put it. At the same time, it enourages presidents to directly push their agendas as opposed to being beholden to Congress. Of course the legislative body has the final say, with the ability to amend, pass, or vote down the president's bill as they so desire.
