What else would you expect from a WV Democrat!?

Looking at his positions, he makes Robert Byrd look like Alan Grayson.

Maybe he can go join the Republicans now and be done with it.

There is speculation to that effect.

It wouldn't surprise me -in fact, most of the white Democratic delegation in Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, and West Virginia would be more at home in the GOP. 

Arkansas does still have a sizable number of real Democrats.

There are even genuine liberals like Bill Halter. West Virginia also has a few.
