Brony Culture™ is wrong and immoral. The exceptions are people who are bronies in that they're grown men who watch My Little Pony, but not involved in the subculture.

Adults watching children's cartoons is funny and weird. Only on Atlas would this be a controversial opinion that requires TNF to elaborate or justify himself.

What is a "children's cartoon" though? MormDem was making the point that some cartoons can very well appeal to several audiences. It's a perfectly valid argument, and is widely acknowledged.

something marketed to children. which it obviously is. you can enjoy something without being defensive or a weirdo about it (not tumblr)

Treating marketing demographics as germane to artistic qualities is a little weird, and frankly a pretty lazy substitute for making an actual argument about why someone should or shouldn't be interested in something.
