Furthermore, Tokyo Sexwale's name is not actually Tokyo. It's Gabriel. And the x is silent.

Well, Tokyo Sexwale, for one, considering that I knew how it was pronounced and that Tokyo was a nickname. Batman bin Suparman as well is...an unusual and I'd imagine possibly deliberate juxtaposition, but the names individually are not that unusual (there's a Malaysian football player named Rusdi Suparman, for instance).

Most of the rest are ridiculous, yeah. And Dick Trickle and Dick Power presumably brought it on themselves (or had it brought on them as children and never bothered to correct for it).
