Gotta say, that sounds kinda hot... of course I'm assuming it's just statutory and not actually forcible. Because that's not hot.

This is the sort of thing that in many jurisdictions would fall pretty clearly under close-in-age exceptions, though I would hope not because it's 'hot', whatever that's supposed to indicate in this particular context.
