If you were conspiracy theorist, you even assume he's a plant to take votes away from Trump. Anyway, I hope he drops out before November.

News like this makes me hope he doesn't drop out.

Yep, as of right now he's in just the right place to take away a good portion of the Trump voters who are conspiracy minded but not personally loyal to Trump himself. This isn't a huge group, but they're far from negligible. Many are low info/low turnout types, I'd guess most are middle aged or younger.
