Virginia has a 1-term limit for Governors.

Warner has business experience and executive experience as Governor... I don't see Bayh has having a decisive edge in that area.

I think Bayh is actually more popular in Indiana than Warner is in Virginia, but neither would be locks to carry their own state.

Both are pretty mechanical, not a lot of charisma. Warner is very smart but that's of questionable value.
