Currently its NV 3 which has over a million people. What do you think it would be in past censuses?

2000: Maybe TX 26 or NV 2
1990: I was watching an old C-Span and it said that Al McCandless district (CA 37) had 950K
1980: CA 40, CA 43, AZ 3, TX 7, maybe a florida district
1970: possibly CA 35
1960: possibly CA 28
1950: too far back
At the time of Wesberry v Sanders it was whatever district Dallas County was at the time (see footnote).
