Bobby's running for Rhode Island Governor? Couldn't he run for New York Senate?

Also, Goldwater/Reagan in '68!

I kept him as Chief of Staff, and AG longer, so he didnt run. But, it would of been better if I mentioned that in the timeline lol

New York had a Senate race in 1968 that Bobby would be able to run for.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I was hoping you could be biased towards Goldwater! That only leaves Rockefeller in 1972, and if he fails, then Reagan in 1976, and he can't win re-election in 1980!

Can you show all the candidates? Also, who won DC? Did MLK launch a third party bid or something?

Why aren't any states every below 40% in their margins? You'd think there's be a bunch of 30% states.

Maybe you could have Winona LaDuke be a member of Congress, since the People's Party has won seats in Congress before.

While I like it and have actually (briefly) considered a similar timeline, a couple of nitpicks-
-From what I know, wasn't Wood part of the "imperialist" faction of the Republican party? He was a friend of Roosevelt after all, so I don't know if he'd run as an isolationist.
-From what I know, McAdoo was Wilson's Treasury Secretary for like seven years, so I don't know if he would've opposed him.
-Wouldn't La Follette at least get Wisconsin as in real life?

Only one criticism this time around: There wasn't a system for appointing Vice-Presidents back then, that was only established in 1967 with an amendment. Aside from that, good.

Somehow, I knew Goldwater would be President after reading the 1964 election!

To be fair, the last timeline I screwed him, and Robert Kennedy over. And to clear things up, Calvin Sale is actually Robert Byrd. He was born in NC, but moved to WV as a child, and changed his name.

I'm guessing you'll have him elected in 1976 or something.

Good.

However:
You know there's an option on the maps to get rid of the popular vote colors so if you're too lazy, you don't have to adjust them?

1) Youre quitting "The Failure of Tippecanoe"!?
2) You can make primary maps w/ the ev calc by adding available colors, getting rid of ev numbers & other features & whatnot.
3) YOU'RE QUITTING "The Failure of Tippecane"!?!?!?!?!?
