Bono,

How does this result compare to the previous government?

What are the political leanings of the parties?  With some European parties it's difficult to know, even  when the name appears obvious.
Or look at www.parties-and-elections.de There you can se all elections in Andorra since 1993

As there is a tie in parliament if the centrists don't form a co-alition with the Liberals,is that the most likely progression?

If there is a tie, how is it resolved?
I really don't know, but it all comes down to wheather Andorra has negative or possitive parliamentarism, meaning wheather the government has to have a majority against it (it hasn't because of the tie and the political diffences between the other parties) or it needs a majority to continue (like in Germany). My guess! is that there has to be a majority against the government to force it to resign, so it will probably continue and negociate from case to case with the other parties. Remember it isn't a bad situation for a minority government. It only needs the votes of one of the other 3 parties in parliament to ensure a majority.
