I wish, but unfortunately I think it will just continue to grow up till the election.  Best bet is just to do you best not to respond to the radical posts, unless it is to point out obvious flaws in their statements.

Everyone is partisan, even if it is for a third party.  However, you can still have non-partisan discussions on topics, especially in the "brain-storming" categories.  I think that is where most of us thrive.
