With ultimatums like that, one would have to press Button B.  However, in real life there is a Button C for all of those who are victims of the Department of Labor who lost their legal status due to their incompetence and slowness (which makes up a rather large population).

Work and student visas are too open for abuse.

So are Visa's for marriages, family members, et al.  Instead of getting rid of the Visa's, higher more DOL personnel and simplify their paperwork so people who are here legally don't end up losing their legal status since it took the DOL 3 years to process their green card applications (for starters).
