Death Penalty = Big Government?  HAHAHA . . . thanks for the laugh.  If anything, the death penalty is more of a small, local government practice going back to the way counties use to determine punishment on the local level.

Anyway, I can gladly say that we did what Maryland couldn't, which was put John Allan Mohammed to death for his crimes.
