I ordered the Insanity workout series, got it in the mail and going to start it on Monday.  Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with it?

Yes, actually. I found it extremely positive despite its difficulty. You've really got to commit to it if you wanna do it. It's tough as shet but worth it.

Just started it tonight, even the fit test is difficult, though I pretty much kept pace with the two people in it.

Three weeks into it damn this is tough.   Still need to take some extra rests as it really does kick my ass but its well worth it.

Just started month 2 (technically week 6 as it was one week of recovery workouts).  Started it a day early since I'm not going to do it on Tuesday so using that as my of day instead of today.  Holy crap the 2nd portion of this is insane.

Cool, what type of results did you get?  My routine is getting  a tad stale so may try something a bit different soon. I have managed to maintain my strength/lean muscle while still losing weight. Yet, I dont really care too much about how much I bench at my age....

Pretty good results.  Legs got a bit stronger, abs tightened up quite a bit as well.  Didn't really add that much bulk, but did put on some muscle and became more cut.

Took a few weeks off and started it up again on Monday.  Still hard as s***
