It doesnt' look like he will be on many ballots this year, so there will be less of an impact.  HOWEVER, the state ballots he is on can still impact the outcome.  This is why the Democrats are trying so hard to keep him off the ballots, and the Republicans are trying to get him on.  hahaha . . . politics at its best.
By all appearances, it looks like he's now off the Nevada ballot.  Some independents tried to get him on.  But their petitions were invalidated due to VP.  Then, after getting other signatures, Nader snubbed this group and chose someone too far left as VP for their liking.  So, after failing to get the Green backing, Nader went back to this organization to use their petitions.  They refused.  The deadline is July 9th.  Barring some massive one-day petition drive, here's yet another state he expected to be on, but isn't.  He's looking to be less and less of a factor.  I'd give him <1%.

Does anyone know of a website or other source that keeps track of which ballots Nader is on and which he is off?
I second this request.  Every time the question comes up someone recommends ballot-access.org.  That site stinks.  Has very little info and doesn't have just a simple rundown of what states Nader (or others, like Badnarik, for example) is on, what states he's not on, and when the deadline is for "undetermined" states.  It should be very simple, but I've not seen it.

Still not very helpful...

1) What does "virtual on" mean?  Since Nader is the only one with these entries (three of them), is it a reference to his Reform Party backing?  And, if so, is this data even correct? (For example, FL election law requires a convention, not merely a conference call... so the Reform Party may lose their ballot status in FL.)

2) There is no breakdown of what states the Reform Party has ballot access in.  They do mention this issue, and mention that it's complex (some states' Reform Parties function independently).  Nonetheless, this doesn't answer any questions.

I simply want to know ballot status.  This chart only "sort of" addresses this.

It does show me one thing, though, Nader, with his 1500 signatures (as of the end of May?), will have a real hard time making the cut in PA (he needs over 24,000 more signatures!).  Of course, that just raises my same question again... Will he still gain ballot access via the Reform Party there?

To my knowledge (and I'd be glad to be corrected), this is the best available.  Virtually every other political source (e.g., looking to the Nader website) is going to be biased towards over- or under-stating.  And the media doesn't seem to care enough to do the spadework and make it available.
FWIW, over on Politics1 they are reporting that, apparently, Nader will be on the ballot in Michigan.

www.dcpoliticalreport.com

just look up a state, if Nader's listed under candidates he's on the ballot, if not he has yet to make the ballot or missed the deadline. The deadline's above so you can check what's the case.
I notice that FL has Nader (I) listed and "Reform Party Candidate" listed.  So, I suspect, he's on there.

On the other hand, PA has been the topic of conversation (from another thread).  It has neither listed.  So, I presume the Reform Party does not have access there (don't know if they're attempting to gain it either).  So, barring a major signature drive... looks like Nader won't make the PA ballot.
