Still not very helpful...
1) What does "virtual on" mean? Since Nader is the only one with these entries (three of them), is it a reference to his Reform Party backing? And, if so, is this data even correct? (For example, FL election law requires a convention, not merely a conference call... so the Reform Party may lose their ballot status in FL.)
2) There is no breakdown of what states the Reform Party has ballot access in. They do mention this issue, and mention that it's complex (some states' Reform Parties function independently). Nonetheless, this doesn't answer any questions.
I simply want to know ballot status. This chart only "sort of" addresses this.
It does show me one thing, though, Nader, with his 1500 signatures (as of the end of May?), will have a real hard time making the cut in PA (he needs over 24,000 more signatures!). Of course, that just raises my same question again... Will he still gain ballot access via the Reform Party there?
