No, they were actually pretty solid in 2020. One of their last polls in 2020 had it at Biden +4.

Meanwhile, they were awful in 2022. Their last poll had GCB at R+6.

In the past RCP has included questionable polls that lean Republican and refused to add polls that they deem as too Democratic. They have a bias.
