That's not appropriate at all. A court justice has no business strategizing with politicians.

It's not common for justices to hang out with elected officials and considering who is involved it's not likely they weren't conspiring on something. Alabama passed an abortion ban yesterday and today these three people are on a plane together. Something was definitely up.
