Bernie Sanders hires David Sirota as campaign spokesman

I can't wait to see the Sanders bunch's reaction when he does not win the nomination. Moves like this are exactly why he won't win the nomination. You can't bring on people who engage in harassment and attacks like this and expect to win.

Not a fan, but it's not like they're going to have enormous influence over his policies. I swear, some of you really are worse than the so-called "Bernie Bros" you love to cry about all the time, who are a small (albeit vocal) percentage of his supporters anyway.

Sirota isn't hired to influence policy, he is hired to do what he does best: use his social media presence and army of trolls to slander and defame Sanders' opponents.

That is Sanders' only path to winning.

These folks a going to burn his campaign down to the ground. This evil, demonic crap they push isn't going to fly well at all this time when voters have other choices. Voters don't want to hear conspiracy theories about how some shadowy figures are stalking Bernie Sanders and doing evil things to keep him from getting the nomination. Attacking other candidates because they won't get out of the race and let the great Bernie run unopposed is ridiculous. They want the coronation that they accused Clinton of trying to have.

As stated these hires aren't going to more votes, but they are indicative of what sort campaign Sanders is planning. You already have some of his fans out there claiming that the Texas Democratic Party gave O'Rourke $6 million dollars to outdo Sanders' one day total which is a total lie since that is way over the limit.
