The security costs billed to taxpayers will be higher than usual, because it will be much costlier to guard people living outside of the official residents. It's already been pointed out how much of a nightmare it will be for the Secret Service to guard Trump Tower, not to mention the impact it will have on traffic and residents.
If anyone actually believed that Trump wanted anything more than a title...
