More proof that right-wingers are the biggest judicial activists anywhere. Not sure what "HORAY" means (Hooray maybe?", but the first two letters are a very good description of what this judge is to the special interest.

We're the judicial activists?  Really?  We're not the ones pulling constitutional law out of our asses.

The fact is, the right uses the courts more than the left to legislate, this decision is huge example of that.

How in the world do you leftist spinsters turn judicial review upholding the Constitution into Judicial activism?

FYI, the word spinster refers to an older woman who has never been married, it's not political. Second FYI, using the courts to overturn legislation based on sketchy constitutional reasons is judicial activism. Sorry, that's how it is.
