Somewhere between a Christian Democrat and Conservative Nationalist. From what I've seen he's very socially and culturally conservative, but he also doesn't seem entirely comfortable with identifying as a Republican, which leads me to believe he's not very economically right wing and/or is opposed to foreign policy interventionism.
