Since Part I of the Troll Act was strongly opposed I reintroduce Part II of the Troll Act as "The Second Troll Act".

1. ALL FORMS OF TROLLING* are hereby illegal on the Fantasy Boards. First offensives result in warning and deletion of any "spam" created by the troll, however, multiple offensives will result in arrest and prosecution by the Attorney General infront of the Supreme Court.

2. IF the Supreme Court finds the defendent guilty he will have his voting rights removed permanently!

3. IF the defendent concludes that the ruling was unjust he/she has 10 days after the sentence was issued to file an appeal. **

*Forms of trolling include: offensive (racist, sexist, etc.) remarks against a person or group of people, advertising products or websites that have no purpose on the fantasy board, trying to take over fantasy government, posting of obscene images and messages, etc.

** "He said, she said" appeals are unsubstantial and will not be allowed for consideration.

I do like the bill, it just needs some more fine tuning. I very much like the idea of having trolls voting rights revoked.

Well what needs find tuning? Still a couple of days until this thing goes up to vote (according to Clause 3 of the Senatorial Procedure Act). Help me here guys!
