I haven't really made up my mind on this one, but I do I have one small problem...

It was established in the Deputy SoFA Bill that the DSoFA may only hold SoFA powers when they become SoFA for interim/acting basis.  I propose this amendment to live up to that requirement:

All mentions of the term "Deputy Secretary of Forum Affairs (DSoFA)" shall be removed from the content of this bill.

Please vote nay on this bill. All it does is increase the bureaucracy involved in the game. All the time I hear people saying that we need more participants. This bill will drive them away when they see how anal we are.

Education is bureaucracy?

I believe this is the first time the Senate's vote-changing period has actually flipped the result of a vote.
