Expect more of this and expect the hawks to win this time around.
While I don't love him, I would actively support Rand to be the nominee and would vote for him over Hillary. I think he's a good man personally and he's grown on me as a politician
However, him winning the nomination in 2016 would go against everything I've come to know about the current state of the GOP. The primary electorate is not looking for a reformer like Rand. Many of them are delusional, forgetting they lost in 2012 and seeing the 2014 low turnout stinker as a victory proving that someone like Ted Cruz can win. Look to our resident racist fascist Reaganfan to know that the Paul idealism despite its conservative principle is considered liberal talk by a good number of Republicans.
Rand might just beat Hillary... in 2020. But he's not going to be the nominee in 2016.
