You should try walking for these next 31.5 hours. It's a nice day in Tulsa. High of 79.

Why is Work Night 2 before Work Day 2? Why is there an 18 hour gap between Work Night 2 and Work Day 2?

How many cheat days have you used up this week? What will be your final pre-work meal?

Lifting 289 lbs of weight for 5.5 hours is serious exercise, Bush. That's why we wanted you to prepare but a las. You're going to feel every one of those calories tomorrow.

Good thing I have two days to vegetate before I go at it again Friday.  Wednesday is supposed to be a wash out of a day so I can stay inside and heal up.

No no no no no. That's not how the human body works. If you spend the two days after vegetating, you'll feel the same 5.5 hours again on Friday. Bodies don't get better at physical endurance by resting. They get better by exercising.

I love how Bushie simply plans the title of what he's going to do everyday not actually plan the event.

Does Bushie know what he's going to eat tomorrow on his "diet"? No.
Does Bushie know what healthy foods generally consist of his "diet"? No.

What does Bushie know? The First Pre-Work Day One Meal of the Second Afternoon Work Night will be at 1445.

What is the First Pre-Work Day One Meal of the Second Afternoon Work Night? Bushie hasn't thought of that part. He'll probably just wing it and grab some Braum's.

But do know that it's exactly 15 hours and 40 minutes from the First Pre-Work Day One Meal of the Second Afternoon Work Night and 7 hours and 40 minutes until the Official 8 Hour Warning for he First Pre-Work Day One Meal of the Second Afternoon Work Night

I don't know what I'll have, but it won't be take out.

So what? Hotdogs and poptarts in the microwave is worse for you than a takeout salad.

Well, you're almost to a plan.

Come on man, if you can come up with these convoluted Work Night/Work Day definition schemes that don't matter at all, you have more than enough time and mental capacity to plan your next meal, which matters a great deal.

Bushie if the claims you always make about your eating habits were remotely true you wouldn't be so morbidly obese. Your BMI is over 46. 46. You are easily in the top 1% fattest people on God's Earth. That doesn't just happen.

Other than you're lying about your eating habits, no point.

Why can't you trust it in the locker? It's you know... locked.

I'll take a moderate hero position here. I definitely think there will be enough physical activity on the job for someone as inactive and overweight as Bushie to drop some pounds. It's almost impossible to maintain a BMI of 46 without being a fat sloth. The standing will cause some drop in pounds.

The problem here is that I don't know how long Bushie will last at this job after he flat out refused to prepare for it by exercising. He was hired almost a month ago and lost no weight in all the time off.

How much water have you been drinking during this barometric pressure shift?

Sadly, none.

So drink some? I don't get how someone could not drink water with a headache.
