No it was Lief.

What's Bushie's weight now? How much food will he have to eat during the SuperBowl to get to 300?

I did not mean that the cheesecake alone was responsible.  It's just the last thing he ate before he was diagnosed.  The cheesecake was probably just icing on the cake (sorry for the pun).  We're still surprised he was diagnosed because he is not a sweets eater.  He eats sweets occasionally, but not as a general rule.  We all thought I would get it before him.

White bread, potatoes, pancakes, milk, pasta, etc. all cause diabetes but are not sweet. Sugary food is not always sweet.

Also, I like how you eats sweets as a "general rule."

odf has to be having some mobility struggles by now.

Hard to tell if he struggles at mobility when he has no mobility ambition.

Bushie style morbid obesity is just a few percent of the population in any state. I live in a high fat part of the country, and, I do see people Bushie's size here and there, but it isn't like these folks are a substantial part of the population.

Yes. 5'7" 300 lbs is 47.1 BMI and classified as Class III Super Obesity. Bushie is the 99th percentile of fattest asses in America. He is the 1%.

I was reading an old update thread and came across a post of Bushie boasting he was only 260 lbs and far from his peak of 275. Sad

I just ate a pint of s'mores ice cream, so I might have gotten close to Bushie's 6 pizza slice meal calorie total for today.

But my meal was only roasted chicken breasts with a quinoa kale salad so doubt it.

I also doubt Bushie didn't eat anything else all day but 6 slices of pizza and a pepsi.

Wait, the 6 slices of pizza wasn't your lunch/dinner?!?!

Did you eat breakfast too?

Dare I ask what happened to the leftover slices?  No, let me guess:  Breakfast tomorrow?

Dessert tonight. At least it's not sweets or diabetes-causing cheesecake!

If Bushie only ate six slices of pizza + 16 oz of pepsi every day then he'd be down to 200 pounds by the end of the year. This is with absolutely zero exercise.

Basically if he had three meals a day of two slices of pizza, with water for breakfast and lunch and a big pepsi for dinner, then he'd be losing about 8 pounds per month. Really puts into perspective how insane his current diet must be.

Yes, I went through this with him in the ice cream/fries fail of a challenge. Bushie just has to eat moderately unhealthy normal people food and he'd shed pounds.  An 8 oz grilled steak salt and pepper seasoned with a single serving of low fat cheese and macaroni, and some steamed green beans/broccoli would cause him to lose weight.

But he can't. He has two have TWO servings of everything, 6 cookie dessert at lunch, pie w/ ice cream dessert at dinner, 3 meals a day.

Ugh. I assume you're just as upset about this game as I am, Bushie?

Nah, I wanted Seattle to win, but I was happy for a great hard-fought game.  Since neither the Dallas Cowboys nor the Kansas City Chiefs were in this year's game, I really didn't have a horse in the race.

Oooh, do tell us the story of why you are a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs! Cheesy

How many jobs did you apply for today and how long was today's nap?

Not applicable to today.  I left at 0815 this morning for the dentist which was a 2 hour drive away and just got home a little while ago.

lol

Why are you laughing?  I have Indian dental care and the only place I could get my teeth cleaned was in Shawnee, a 2 hour drive from Tulsa.

You got home at 3 pm. There's still about 7-8 hours before bed for you to apply for more jobs.

Bushie, only cartoon characters build mass amounts of fat on their back. No part of your body is normal weight. Your tummy just how a 5'7" 300 lb man is supposed to look.

Bushie really needs a wife who doesn't mind cooking and cleaning that will hold him to keeping stable employment.  It's very old fashioned and most women don't want to make that big of a sacrifice...but it is those women that saved a lot of Bushies in the olden days from floundering.

He had Allison. There was really nothing wrong with her (other than the obesity). But he preferred napping and watching football over her.

Bushie likes his spaghetti with ground beef, pounded flat topped with cheese and bacon and put in a bun with lettuce.

Supper went as planned - scrambled eggs and bacon.  I need to run by the store tomorrow and get some hamburger meat so I can fix spaghetti for supper.

Ummmm.......

I like to have my spaghetti sauce with meat in it.  I don't like meatballs necessarily, but I like to put the Ragu over ground beef and let it simmer for a few minutes before putting it over the noodles.

Of course you do.

But is Ragu seriously your favorite sauce or the only one you tried?

I don't understand why spaghetti is the default pasta people often use. It doesn't fit in a pot well. It doesn't work with a fork well. It's a very impractical thing. I prefer pieces of pasta that can be pierced more easily and then picked up with a fork. My favorite is trattole.

When I want a long noodle, I like to go either super thin with angel hair or super thick fettuccine. Spaghetti is too ordinary.

You left out the best part, King:

I'll get back on the challenge tomorrow.  I did nothing wrong at dinner.  I don't feel bad at all.  Plus, King, it's Friday.  It's no fun to eat healthy on weekends.  I wanted to enjoy my Friday supper with what I wanted to eat and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.  If you don't like it, then shut up and let me live my life.  I am still following the challenges you set forth.  Yes, I had a slip up tonight, but I have not completely blown it.  Just do not mock me.  I have done NOTHING worthy of mocking.  If you mock me, you're the idiot, not me.

That section of Update is a really great sequence worth reading again. Crabby Boss, Ice Cream/Fries Challenge, Northrop Grummann flashback, and culminating with the Strawberry Cliffhanger.

I just said it's not the stomach flu.

Do you plan on trying to defeat this unidentified illness without drinking water?
