IMO, it's going to be 6 Democrats and Republicans who will be redistricted/will not be running for re-election so hands will be clean.  No Teabaggers, either.

I'm not sure what that means for the House, but the Senators I think will be:

Democrats
Webb
Bingaman
Kohl

Republicans
Kyl
Hutchinson
Hatch or Lugar
