Most forgettable US State?

States like West Virginia, Alabama, and Mississippi are just horrible enough that people remember their awfulness.  Oklahoma has Indians.  Utah has mormons.  Wyoming has Yosemite.  Idaho has potatoes.  Kansas has the University of Kansas basketball team.  Delaware is where to mail back the credit card bill.   Iowa and New Hampshire nominate Presidents.  Vermont is a trap.  Arkansas was rescued from total irrelevance by Bill Clinton.  Hannah Montana saves the day.

This leaves us with:
Nebraska
North Dakota
South Dakota
Rhode Island

If I had to choose, my answer would be North AND South Dakota for the vagueness that separates the two.  I was originally going to scratch out North Dakota for the movie Fargo and South Dakota for Mt Rushmore, but I actually had to look up and make sure Fargo wasn't actually in South Dakota and Mt Rushmore.  That difficultly to distinguish makes both states completely irrelevant.
