NY-SurveyUSA: Obama doubles up all Republicans

I wonder if there could be a "reverse 9/11 effect" this year in NY (or also in NJ and CT) ?

In 2000 Gore won big in these 3 states, but after 9/11 there was a trend away to the GOP in these 3 states (especially in 2004, but also in 2008).

Maybe with Bin Laden dead, NY returns to about 65% DEM like in 2000 and NJ and CT back to about 60-65 too.

The poll actually shows Obama underperforming in NYC while improving his margins everywhere else.  Hmmmmmm
