Lol.  Government Bureaucracy at work, people.

Anyway, I doubt the group in question will lose a related lawsuit.  I'm not cynical enough to believe that the US court system will uphold arresting someone for basically running a soup kitchen without an adequate liscence.

It doesn't sound like they were selling anything.  It'd be like me giving you a bite of my quesadilla in the park.  Do I need a license for that?
