Don't forget how it was temporary legal in CA and Maine, then illegal, then legal again.

The October 2014 ones should be included by order they accepted it. I'm sure that can be found in the polls thread if you dig back that far.

Even if the three counties are Bexar, Dallas, and Harris Counties that leaves huge tracts of Texas 'free' of same-sex marriage. 

They are Dallas, Tarrent, and Johnson.

It must be time now, right? Texas is still one of the 4 remaining states with counties that still refuse to liscense, but those other states have also been whitened.
