I was commenting on the general change of a vengeful god in the old testament to a loving god in the new testament. Do you deny this perception?

I didn't say Jesus. I said god... They are not one in the same.
You also deny not only my perception, but the perception of any religious leader I've ever known from a Catholic Priest whom I knew to my own grandfather, a Methodist minister. Hell, even a history channel special! They all made that claim. I'll take their word for it. I admit that I don't know you all that well, but I'm unaware of any actual expertise you have on that apart from your own assertions.
