I know some of you aren't into sports. But this is an interesting thing on ESPN's web site. It's a small scale way of seeing how the popular vote and Electoral vote can look so different.

I'm glad most of America (55% at the time I took the poll) has a sane view on the Eagles-Steelers result (believing that we Eagles fans shouldn't be that worried about our performance). It's disappointing that Pennsylvania on the whole feels differently. Not surprising though. I'm sure Steelers fans/everyone outside of the Philly area voted that we should be deathly afraid of what's to come because they buy into this non-existant cross-state "rivalry" between the Eagles and Steelers.

I voted no. Some teams that go 0-4 in the pre-season win the Super Bowl, And I think the Lions were 4-0 the year they went 0-16.

Blue: 49ers win the Super Bowl
Green: 49ers lose in NFC Championship
Yellow: 49ers lose in divisional playoffs

I see Saints fans are still bitter over their playoff loss.

Who are you rooting for 49ers or Ravens

The 49ers(red) have 52% of the vote but the Ravens have 278 electoral votes. I take this as a sign that the south really doesn't like San Francisco. Not the team. The city.

Do they have any maps that are not about football?

If you click the link in the OP, most of the questions are about the NBA.

Ohio +60 is because of the Browns leaving back in 1995.

Would you want your team to bring back a player who had been suspended for using PED's?

Yeah, I was going to add that most of the people in the blue states are lying. As it seems we'll find out on Monday.

Yet more evidence that VA is trending toward a more 'northern' way of thinking.

Who are you rooting for?

Broncos (blue)  have 60% of the vote.

Seahawks seem to have their Pacific Northwest base and bitter Pats fans.

On the contrary, Northern teams should be required to play in domes.  Weather introduces way too much random luck into football games.

It can be rainy & windy just about everywhere. So shouldn't all teams have to play in a dome?
