So the pro-Prop. 8 people have already filed a motion asking for the ruling to be stayed. Doesn't one normally wait for the ruling to occur first?

They're just preparing themselves for the inevitable ruling of the activist judges.

Drudge says the activist judge struck down Proposition 8.  Decision to be released at the top of the hour.

I'm sick of these activist judges overruling the clear will of the people.

Should we have left the issue of segregation up to a popular vote?
